Biography

Cristina Saffie is a senior associate at ICMS and through her career has worked in different areas of law, both in the public and private sectors.

She is part of the firm's corporate area and provides comprehensive advice to companies with different line of businesses, including daily requirements of the entity’s legal needs, drafting and reviewing all kinds of agreements and assisting modifications to the company’s corporate structure. In addition, Cristina has broad experience in real estate law.
