Biography

Jaime is a consultant at ICMS. He concentrates his experience in advising on commercial, corporate, real estate, concessions and energy matters, purchase and sale of companies and defense of arbitration litigation to domestic and foreign companies. He has also been a director of regulated companies and has participated in national and international bidding processes.
